SHIPPING Times
Please allow 3 to 5 business days to ship your order. Once you place an order, we will email you a visual proof of what the sign will look like. If you don’t see an email from hdsignworks, please check your spam folder. Most of our orders are cut within 24 hours of you placing the order. We will email you a confirmation email when your order ships and also when it is delivered.
RETURNS
Custom orders are not returnable. All stock signs and products that do not meet your satisfaction will gladly be accepted back as a return. Please return the product for a full refund. Customer is responsible for shipping back to us.
